Membership
Now's the time to become a new member or renew your annual membership. Membership is not a commitment of time or financial resources. Instead, membership is the first step to participate in the PTA’s cause: supporting the school community, including the faculty, staff, families and most of all, students.
Sign up today by sending the attached file with dues into school in your student's folder, or sign up in person at Back to School Night. Thank you!

High Five Orioles Game
Westowne's going to Camden Yards on Sunday, September 25th, at 1:35. Tickets are $15 each, support the PTA's 5th Grade Committee, and will be available for purchase at both Back to School Nights.
School Directory
This year, your PTA is creating a school directory with the help of Join Our Class. Parents and caregivers may choose how much contact information to share (such as just your student's grade, name, and an email address). Participating in the directory is the best way to reach your children's classmates and to give out party invitations, which cannot be distributed at school.
Sign up at the PTA table at either Back to School Night.
Box Tops for Education
Box Tops are a surprisingly important source of revenue for Westowne PTA.
Pledge your support with your Box Tops labels during our Clipboard Collection Drive. Box Tops will generate a personalize collection sheet for you to print. Each collection sheet of 25 or more unexpired Box Tops will give your student a chance to win a gift card to sweetFrog in Catonsville. Just turn in completed sheets to school by Friday, September 9th. Additionally, the class that collects the most throughout the school year will win an end of year party.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 29th from 3:00 - 6:00. It will be a family-friendly afternoon full of games, entertainment, a raffle, a silent auction, concessions benefiting the PTA's 5th Grade Committee, and more.

Westowne's Drama Club will be performing Disney's The Lion King Jr. this school year! Third, fourth, and fifth grade students are invited to audition for a role or join the backstage crew. For more information, see the club's website . To schedule an audition, see the sign up page.

Westowne values volunteers. Anyone interested in volunteering at school or on field trips should complete the BCPS volunteer application and training.

Frederick Road Fridays
The Catonsville Chamber of Commerce's Frederick Road Fridays concert series brings live music to Catonsville throughout the summer. Located in The Shops on Mellor, the series offers free outdoor musical performances and children's activities while in walking distance of local merchants and restaurants.
